Nourishment Without Rules

Most people do not need a stricter diet. They need one they can actually live inside for longer than a few weeks.
That usually means a pantry that makes the easy choice a reasonable one: whole grains, a good cooking oil, a protein you like the taste of, something green within reach.
It also means letting go of the idea that a single ingredient will change everything. Nutrition is cumulative and slow, and that is a relief rather than a disappointment.
If you are unsure where to begin, begin with breakfast. It is the meal most people repeat, so a small improvement there compounds fastest.
And if you would like a second opinion on what you are eating, that is exactly what a nutrition consultation is for.
